Wedding Video production Leicester

Your wedding is, without doubt, one of the most important days of your life. Families come together to witness a public expression of commitment and love and having something that will capture this experience is of the highest importance. If a wedding is what you desire, you probably have a certain idea in mind. Things should go your way on your wedding day and come together perfectly to create a memory that will last you and your loved ones a lifetime. A good wedding video tends to document all the best moments in a well paced manner. Great wedding videos recapture the emotion of the most important day of your life.

Lets have a look at some areas that need considering when selecting a videographer for your wedding:

Experience: wedding videos need careful planning and attention to detail as well as time taken to understand the particular requirements for the particular client. Unlike working on the set of a film the environment is not fixed and this can bring forth a host of problems and requires a high level of adaptability. With no retakes, variable lighting and a lack of script you really need to use someone that knows what they’re doing and asking for referrals and, of course, a showreel is a good way of doing this.

Privacy: There are few things worse than the feeling your being stalked. If you  want the attention of a celebrity you’ll want a videographer that respects your space without shining a light into your eyes. It’s widely accepted that on-camera lighting is essential for dimly lit rooms but an expert will use a splash of soft light whilst still preserving the mood.

Content: Be sure to outline exactly what it is that you are looking to have documented over the course of your wedding day.  In other words, don’t assume everything will be covered. You should consult with your videographer and provide them with both a shot list and a schedule. It is also a good idea to ask how long the edited video will be.

Contract: Make sure you read a contract beforehand as this is one of the most important things to look at in order to get an expectation of the type of service you are likely to receive. You will get information on hourly rates, type of format, number of hours they will be at event and any additional costs. One of the things that’s worth doing tough is to ask the wedding videographer how many hours count as standard day. Bare in mind that some videographers make most of their money by charging their clients large amounts for additional hours. Some photographers will charge a base fee for just attending the event.

Delivery Time: Get an idea of how long it will take to get your proofs and prints back. If a lot of time has gone by after the event you may lose some of the enthusiasm for seeing the pictures. In fact, the amount that you pay should be related to how long it will actually take before you see the video.

Choosing a wedding videographer that you can communicate well with will help guarantee that your wedding day goes as smoothly and problem-free as it possibly can. That way you can remember your special day the way you always wanted to.

Video Production Shoot At MATV

Today we booked the MATV studios in Leicester to shoot our website presentation videos.
The date is set for Thursday 8th of January and we have a number of presenters coming up from London to be a part of this new venture.

We hope to be presenting this to businesses wishing to add an extra dimension to their website that will increase the number of sales and conversions.

Aside from our video production services we feel it’s important to offer our clients new ideas and opportunities of presenting their business offering online and, aside from promotional videos and web  videos, website presenters are a good way of achieving this.

One of the things we have to be careful of though, is making sure the video content and presentation style adds value to the website rather than detracting from it. Lets face it, as with most things in life, it’s not what you’re doing but how you’re doing it that really makes a difference.

With careful planning and attention to detail, we  are drawing on some top talent and combining this high end post production. It’s not something that will suit every website out there, but if done in the right way it will surely make a big difference to the way a business message is delivered.

Anyway, watch this space!!

One Vision TV

Hello and welcome to my first blog!

One Vision TV is moving swiftly forward and will be extending it’s video production services to website presentations into 2009.

It seems there is a growing need for companies to deliver their marketing message in a short a time as possible with maximum impact and this tool will allow companies to do just that.

Website Presenters can be used in a variety of ways and are useful for presenting concepts, products or services in a way that engages and involves the user. With the use of a blue or green screen, a variety of backgrounds can be added and a website can become a framework for all sorts of animation or graphics that reinforce a core message. They have a variety of applications and have been used for product demonstrations, e-training and a variety of other business services.

One Vision TV is also looking at ways of implementing this concept with email marketing and how this can be tailored around the specific demands of individual campaigns. The opportunities are huge.
